Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Blood Pressure Assistant mobile application (the "Service") operated by GZK Software Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

**1. About the App**

Blood Pressure Assistant is a mobile application designed to help users record and track their blood pressure readings.

**2. Data Collection and Storage**

*   **Personal Data:** To use certain features of the Service, you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, date of birth, and gender. This information is used to personalise your experience and for the functionality of the app.
*   **Blood Pressure Data:** The app allows you to record and store your blood pressure readings and related notes.
*   **Local Storage:** All personal data and blood pressure readings you enter into the app are stored exclusively on your device. We do not transfer, store, or have access to this data on any external servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
*   **Crashlytics:** We use Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to collect crash reports. This service helps us identify and fix issues to improve the stability and performance of the app. Crashlytics may collect certain information about your device and app usage when a crash occurs, such as device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware and OS information, physical location and network information. This data is collected anonymously or pseudonymously and is used solely for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving app crashes. **3. No Medical Advice**

The Service is offered for informational and tracking purposes only and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or recorded on this Service.

**4. Use of the Service**

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you store within the app on your device.

**5. Cost and Advertising**

The Service is provided to you free of charge.
The Service does not contain any third-party advertisements.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GZK Software Ltd and its licensors.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
