GZK Software ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Blood Pressure Assistant mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy applies to all users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy then you may not access the Service.

**1. DATA PRIVACY PRINCIPLE**
Blood Pressure Assistant is designed to function as a local-only tool. We do not host your health data on our servers, nor do we sell your information to third parties.

**2. INFORMATION COLLECTION**
The Service processes the following types of information:

*   Health and Vital Signs: This includes blood pressure readings (systolic/diastolic), heart rate (pulse), and any personal notes you choose to add.
*   Profile Information: You may optionally provide your name, date of birth, and gender. This information is used to personalize the headers of generated PDF reports.
*   Technical Data: The App Store (e.g., Google Play) may collect anonymized diagnostic data (crash logs) to help us improve app performance.

**3. STORAGE AND SECURITY**
*   Local Storage: All health data and profile information are stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to a cloud or external database managed by GZK Software.
*   User Control: You have full control over your data. You can edit or delete any entry at any time within the Service.
*   Backups: Because the data is local, if you uninstall the Service or lose your device, your data will be permanently lost unless you have performed a device-level backup (e.g., via Google Drive).

**4. DATA SHARING AND EXPORTS**
*   PDF Export: You may use the Service to generate reports to share with your healthcare provider. These files are saved to your device's internal storage. GZK Software does not track or see these files.
*   Third-Party Disclosure: We do not share, sell, or trade your personal health information with any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

**5. PERMISSIONS**
The Service may request the following permissions:

*   Storage/Media: To save generated PDF reports to your device.
*   Internet: Used only for internal app updates or displaying the developer’s contact information.

**6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY**
The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children.

**7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY**
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be reflected in a new version of the Service and the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated.

**8. Your Rights**
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in the EU), you have rights regarding your data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise these rights by:

Accessing/Correcting Data: Viewing or editing entries directly in the Service.
Deleting Data: Deleting specific entries or uninstalling the Service to remove all associated data.
